1. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. In the rare event of an error, we will notify you before processing your order and offer a correction or full refund.

2. Orders & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful order verification and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected. You will be notified promptly and any payment made will be fully refunded.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods communicated at checkout. Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only upon receipt of cleared funds.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery. For orders below ₦50,000, the delivery fee is paid directly to the driver on arrival. Estimated delivery timelines are 1–3 business days for major cities and 2–4 business days for other locations. These timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

5. 30-Day Guarantee

All eligible devices come with a 30-Day Guarantee covering hardware-related issues that arise under normal use. This guarantee does not cover:

• Physical damage after delivery
• Liquid damage
• Damage caused by high electric current, power surge, or unstable electricity
• Software issues caused by third-party installations or misuse
• Damage resulting from negligence or unauthorized repairs

6. Returns Policy

Customers must inspect all devices upon delivery. Any physical damage or incorrect item must be reported immediately at the point of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt. Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, including all original accessories and packaging where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gmatt Technology shall not be held responsible for damages arising from customer misuse or negligence, third-party software installations, or any indirect or consequential losses beyond the purchase price of the product.

Gmatt Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
